A Round Robin Story: Ziggy the Blobfish
28 10 2007I saw this picture over at http://divaboo.info/ and just had to post it. It is an actual creature called the blobfish. You can see why…
This photo is actually somewhat inspiring for the Halloween holiday. So I thought I’d borrow a trick from my flower smelling buds over at GoSmelltheFlowers and try to start up a round robin based on this photo.
Rules…well, you are limited to three or four lines at the most. I’ll get us started off.
Ziggy was having a bad day…

“I just don’t feel like my old self anymore,” he said. “I don’t know when it started, but somewhere along the line I lost both my sunny disposition and my sunny yellow complexion.”
He paused a moment then slithered over to the mirror leaving a gooey trail. He turned back and noticed it didn’t have its usual glitter. He turned to the mirror and wondered what it was that made people cringe at the site of him…his reflection looked fine to him.
He decided to go to the doctor and find out what was the matter. He slithered across the table to find his car keys; and then he realized that he couldn’t drive because he didn’t have hands.
Ziggy decided the best thing to do, was to call his best friend Zaggy for help. Using Blobfish telepathy he placed the call.
But Zaggy didn’t know what to do…how would he be able to help Ziggy way over at the other end of the ocean?
[...] — hhope I’ve noticed that only five people have continued the round robin story about Ziggy the Blobfish. Be sure to click on the link and help him out of his quandry. Don’t leave him hanging [...]
So then Zaggy used his telepathy to Call Chuck Norris and ask him to help. And of course, if Chuck Norris can’t fix a problem, it doesn’t exist.
Chuck Norris showed up to bring some smack down on the problem. He used his super martial arts skills to karate kick Zaggy the Blobfish all the way across the ocean to help his friend Ziggy.
